This How To Calm Down and Be Yourself


This from wikihow.com about to calming down yourself. sometimes, we must to make our brain relax from any other things or minds that just actually make we mad, sad, or get negative thinking. Are you always scared of people thinking/saying bad things about you? Can you not be yourself? If so, that's really sad but read this and the sadness will be gone.this can be your tips guys!
1. Take a deep breath
2. Get out a notebook/piece of paper and pen or something to write with.
Answer these questions: First of all, would you care if someone else was doing whatever you are doing? Second, why does it matter what anyone thinks of you? And third: Do you look at yourself or other people more? You need to answer all the questions honestly and logically. So re-read your answers, and change them if they aren't true and logic.  
3. Think.
  Be honest with yourself. Don't make things a big deal. When you are nervous that every one is staring at you, you need to think about this: Why would they be? Would you stare at someone if they were you? Most likely the answer for "Would you stare at someone if they were you?" is most likely "no." If it is "yes" that still doesn't mean everyone else is staring at you. 
4. Stop trying to please someone.
If you are trying, then you need to stop. If someone doesn't like you for who you are, then you are wasting loads of time trying.
5. Just do it.
Yes, it is easier said than done, but just do it.
6. Don't care. 
Realize for real this time that when it comes down to it you want to stop. If you are reading this you want to stop. So a part of you really doesn't care. 
7.Do what you want to and don't let anyone tell you what do to. (Unless it's your parents) 
8.Listen to music, dress, and live the way you want to. 
 Because no one gets a second chance if they screw this stuff up. 
9.Live. Dream. Forgive. Forget. 
10. Love yourself. It's easy. Know you could never be anyone else.
11. Don't hang out with people that make you feel like so tired or mad
12.Find new friends if that is what is making you care what people think
13. Look at people that be themselves fully. Most of them have all most invented their own style. Wouldn't it be cool to walk around in clothes that are all your own style no one else's?? 
14. Note that if you are 100% yourself, you will be so cool. How do you think the person you are trying to be does it? No one likes a poser.
15. Don't take people's crap to heart! This is such a big rule.
16. CALM DOWN. Just don't care. Again, easy if you try. But it is still easier said than done. But it CAN be done so do it. 
17. Make a choose to stop caring as you read this now. Notice that you are yourself even if you don't. "Be yourself" and notice that when it's too late, it's too late and you can have years of your life back. So don't ruin them trying to be anyone else.
